The work will be shipped 1-2 working days after receipt of payment.
In the case of custom-made products (e.B. name lamp, baptismal lamp, ring bowl), the work will only be shipped after completion (see delivery times).

In order for me to process your order, you need to provide me with certain information. This includes your name, email address, mailing address, payment information, and details of the product you order. You also have the option to provide me with further personal information (for example, for custom-made products) if you contact me directly.

I refer to a number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information. Specifically:
• where I need your information to provide my services, for example, to process your order, resolve conflicts or provide customer support

• if it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, or in connection with legal claims, such as the need to retain information about your purchases due to tax legislation; and
• to the extent necessary for the purposes of my legitimate interests – unless these legitimate interests are overridden by your rights or interests – such as 1. to provide and improve my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested from me and in my legitimate interest to improve my services
3. To which third parties I pass on personal data
Customer data is important to my business. I only disclose your personal data for certain reasons and in very specific circumstances, as follows:
